Spraying

Aerial Crop Spraying

We offer efficient and precise aerial crop spraying, quickly applying selective herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides to your crops for thorough coverage and accurate spray rates. Operating just 3-4 meters above the crops, with a swath width of up to 11 meters, our DJI Agras drone uses eight contra-rotating propellers to deliver an even and uniform spray penetrating into the foliage for optimal coverage.

The droplet size can be adjusted in real-time during flight, ranging from 50 to 500 microns, to suit varying conditions. Depending on the application rate, our system can cover up to 10 hectares per hour, ensuring fast, effective treatments for large areas.

Weed Spraying

Our DJI Agras drone is designed to navigate difficult terrain, allowing us to effectively target and spray weeds in hard-to-reach areas and also waterways.
Prior mapping with our Mavic 3M mapping drone, we can create an accurate flight path and spray plan, precisely identifying problem areas and adjust spray rates as needed, ensuring efficient treatment with minimal chemical use and reduced costs.
Precision spot spraying ensures only affected areas are treated leaving the surrounding environment untouched and further reducing chemical usage.

Benefits

Save on chemicals and water: With their propellers only 3m above the ground, these drones force the droplets down and circulate them to get more liquid in the right areas. With this approach, you can achieve your desired results using less water and chemicals.
Environmental Benefits: With precise application, drone spraying helps reduce the overall environmental impact of chemicals, as there is less runoff and contamination of surrounding ecosystems.
Access to Hard-to-Reach Areas: Spray drones can get into difficult to access areas such as hills or gullies and allow you to spray closer to other obstacles such as trees or fence lines.
Wet / Soft ground: Our Drone can access ground after heavy rain that is too soft for ground-based sprayers.
Lower carbon emissions: With no need for fuel, battery Drones drastically decrease the environmental impact of agriculture operations.
No Tram Lines: Increased in yield from not having tram lines created by ground-based equipment.
Reference Table below;

Precision and Centimetre accuracy: With in-built GPS RTK, these drones are highly accurate spraying and spreading machines. Connected to a GPS RTK base station, it achieves centimetre accuracy for precision spraying and spreading operations. This minimizes wastage and ensures that only the target areas receive treatment.
Time and cost savings: Combining accuracy with variable spray flow and spread rates, spray drones can cover more hectares per hour, reducing the time and cost of agriculture spraying operations compared to more traditional methods such as boom sprayers and helicopters.
Zero ground compaction: No ground compacting from heavy machinery – particularly so for small plot, broad acre drone spraying.
Safety: Drone spraying allows you to stand back at a distance, reducing risk of chemical exposure. In addition, you reduce the risks that come with driving a tractor or working along difficult terrain.
